Nader Ibrahim is the CEO of EPIC Advisory; providing valuation, corporate financial restructuring, and Investment promotion services, Co-Founder & CFO of teegara.com, and Executive Board Member in Archer Advisors, with around 24 years of experience in the field of Finance and Investment developed at investment companies, managing portfolios, and private equity funds.

Moreover, he is the Financial Advisor for the IT Industry companies in the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, a Subsidiary of the Information Technology Development Agency, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. He was also a member of the Investment Committee of Misr Life Insurance Company, Egypt, and a Board Member in Nubaria Sugar Refinery and Manufacturing, FEPS Business Incubator and Premier Investment, Archer Advisors. He is also a Mentor with Injaz Egypt, Flat6Labs, NU Tech Space, and Nilepreuner at Nile University.

He has been involved in a number of high-profile transactions and investment management in RSM Financial Advisory, Archer Consulting, Mashreq Capital, Al Ahly for Development and Investment, NAEEM Holding, IT Investment, and Joint Arab Investment Corporation. These experiences along with his academic background gave him the opportunity to have in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of finance and investment.

He is also an Adjunct Faculty at Executive Education; the American University in Cairo, Edinburgh Business School, Maastricht School of Management; the Netherlands, ESLSCA University, Arab Academy for Science & Technology, and Swiss School of Management, teaching Finance and Investment in MBA and Postgraduate Programs. In addition, he is also an Adjunct Professor of Finance and Investment at Nile University and a Lecturer of Financial Economics in the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. An Instructor of Finance and Investment, at the Regional Institute of Technology (RITI). As well as being a Freelance Trainer in other institutions such as; Egyptian Private Equity Association “EPEA”, Commercial International Bank “CIB”, Nobel Mantrich Ltd, Malta, and Ernest & Young; UAE.

He holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration, with specialization in Finance, from Ain Shams University, September 2012. He completed his MBA in Banking & Finance at the Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands in 2004, in addition to two postgraduate diplomas in “Feasibility Studies & Project Evaluation” in 1999, and “Capital Market Analysis” in 2000. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, 1997 with a major of Economics and Political Science minor
